Technical connection data may be processed when this website is accessed. This can include the IP address, time, requested address, browser, operating system and referring page. Processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Hosting and Cloudflare

The application is hosted on our own server in the European Union. Cloudflare provides DNS, encrypted delivery, firewall and attack protection services. Cloudflare may process connection and security data and uses recognised safeguards for transfers to the United States, including the EU US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

4. Essential storage

The session cookie NEXT_LOCALE can store your language. Your privacy choice is stored locally asmanagify_privacy_consent_v1. These entries are required to provide your chosen settings. Consent is requested again after no more than six months.

5. Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics can provide aggregated, cookie free audience measurements. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after explicit analytics consent. Google signals and personalised advertising are disabled, and analytics cookies are limited to 90 days. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

6. Contact function

If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional company and message to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Storage of your enquiry

Your enquiry is stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet so that we can process it. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. Processing by Google LLC in the United States cannot be ruled out; the safeguards described in section 5 apply. Access to the spreadsheet is limited to people who handle enquiries.

Confirmation email

After you submit the form, an automatic confirmation that repeats your message is sent to the email address you provided. It is sent through the email service of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes your email address, name and message on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is confirming that your enquiry was received.

Retention and deletion

Enquiries that do not lead to a concrete project or contract (unqualified enquiries) are deleted automatically after six months. If an enquiry leads to a business relationship, we keep the data needed for it for as long as the cooperation requires and statutory retention duties apply (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). You may request earlier deletion of your enquiry at any time, see section 7.

To block automated submissions, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., USA. Turnstile loads only when the form is shown and processes your IP address, browser and device information and technical signals to tell humans from bots. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Email and phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the details you send so that we can answer. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority. The German version of this notice is authoritative.
